A bit cramped bathroom.

The bed was good, and the room itself was spacious. Hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets was a plus.

Booked a room on the bottom level. The food was great with a lot of choice! Its location relatively near Australia Fair was magnificent and amazing. The great service and the attention to detail!

Overall the room is modern, good sized and includes a refrigerator, a seating area, and ironing facilities. Separate bathroom is clean.

We enjoyed rooms with airconditioning. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were a huge plus. Also, location was good and magnificent, at a moderate distance from Australia Fair.

The hotel was well priced with competent personnel with the manager friendly and accommodating. The location of the venue was very central, just off Close to public transport, and Main Beach, lots of shops and restaurants, and both a bus stop and light rail station outside the door.

This hotel is a great find! The location is amazing, right next to the tram line which makes getting around a breeze. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-equipped with all necessary facilities, including a kitchenette and a comfortable bed. Additionally, the prices are reasonable, offering great value for money. I also appreciate the attention to detail, with fresh towels and extras provided daily. this hotel ticks all the boxes for a fantastic stay.

No issues, everything was perfect!

We spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and we had a great time. The location was fantastic as it was just a short walk away from the beach and the main shopping area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and even offered us complimentary breakfast and beverages. The balcony was a bonus, it had a great view and was perfect for watching the fireworks from the beach.

The room was outdated and could have used a better deep cleaning. The refrigerator was not working properly, and the bathroom was quite small.
